What You'll Do

Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Research and resolve complex service, benefits, eligibility, referral, and claims-related issues.
Partner with internal departments and external healthcare providers to ensure timely resolution of member concerns.
Educate members on available programs, resources, and self-service tools.
Document appeals and grievances according to established procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and performance standards.

What We're Looking For

Call center experience.
Healthcare, health insurance, or managed care experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Schedule: Department operates 7 days per week between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Candidates may be scheduled within those hours.
